“I’ve only had my bracelet for…”

“I’ve only had my bracelet for approximately a week and I’m so happy I have it. I haven’t removed it once- I’m currently struggling with horrible menopause symptoms and I have not waken up drenched from day 1 I placed this bracelet on. I’m so grateful for this. I’m going to order another one !!”

She found the bracelet shiny and beautiful but too big for her smaller wrist. Support responded promptly and suggested wearing it as an ankle bracelet, which she was happy with. She also noted that the bracelets she received were different sizes.

Important context

This describes one customer’s personal experience and should not be interpreted as evidence that the bracelet treats or prevents menopause symptoms.

Our product pages also display reviews collected through Judge.me. Because those reviews appear directly on our own website, we recommend reading them alongside independent feedback published on Trustpilot.

Is the Haima bracelet worth it?

A good fit if you

  • want a substantial, minimalist bracelet that feels premium
  • like stacking bracelets and wearing one every day
  • enjoy a grounding ritual, such as touching the beads when you need a pause
  • want a clear return policy to lower the risk

What you get

Hematite is a natural iron oxide (Fe₂O₃), roughly 70% iron by weight. The name comes from the Greek haima, "blood", because the stone leaves a red-brown streak when rubbed on a rough surface. The beads feel cold and noticeably heavy compared with glass or plastic, and that weight is a big part of why people like this bracelet.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Haima hematite bracelet real hematite?
Haima describes the bracelet as being made from natural hematite. Genuine hematite is typically dense for its size and cool to the touch. A traditional mineral check is also the streak test: hematite commonly leaves a reddish-brown streak on unglazed ceramic.
Do hematite bracelets work?
There is currently no solid clinical evidence demonstrating that hematite bracelets can treat or prevent medical conditions.

Many people choose to wear hematite for its symbolism, its distinctive feel, and as part of a personal grounding or self-care ritual. This is also reflected in our customer feedback and in our founder’s own story.
